Data we collect

• Enquiry details: name, email, lesson interest, preferred timeframe, and message content
• Booking administration: attendance notes, invoices, and chart files you choose to share for coaching
• Technical data: essential cookies and, if you accept, limited analytics cookies — see our cookies page

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiry and booking data to respond to you and deliver training (contract and legitimate interests in running an educational practice). Analytics cookies run only with consent.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a booking follows. Booking and invoice records are retained for six years to meet UK accounting needs. Chart files shared for coaching are deleted within ninety days after the final session unless you ask us to keep them for ongoing work.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use email hosting and video-call providers as processors under appropriate agreements. We disclose information if required by law.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved for UK transfers.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Children

Our training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen.
