By accessing this website or booking a lesson you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book training.
Services described
We provide educational training in technical analysis of chart patterns, including flags, wedges, and triangles. Content on this site is informational and does not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to deal in securities.
Bookings and payment information
Lesson fees shown on the rates page are informational. A binding booking arises only when we confirm your place in writing and any required deposit is received. We do not process checkout payments through this website.
Intellectual property
Worksheets, chart packs, curriculum outlines, and site copy remain the property of Advancement Software unless we state otherwise in writing. You may keep materials supplied for your personal study. You may not redistribute, resell, or teach from those materials commercially without permission.
Conduct in sessions
Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove a participant who disrupts a session or shares others’ charts without consent, without obligation to refund beyond the refund policy.
Liability
Trading involves risk of loss. Training improves pattern recognition skills; it does not guarantee trading profits. To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in the United Kingdom, Advancement Software is not liable for trading losses, indirect losses, or decisions you make after attending a lesson. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may update content without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
